Our integrated facility combines woven extrusion, BOPP lamination, rotogravure print, food-grade pouching and a dedicated dispatch yard. Multiple lines run in parallel — when one is on a long export run, another can take your urgent FMCG order.

Woven Fabric Extrusion

Tape extrusion lines for PP woven fabric — controlled GSM, denier and tensile strength.

BOPP Lamination

Wet and dry lamination lines for BOPP + PP woven and multi-layer constructions.

8-Colour Rotogravure

High-speed rotogravure print with cylinder library, plate-making and Pantone matching in-house.

Slitting & Rewinding

Custom roll widths from 200 mm to 1,200 mm with edge precision for FFS lines.

Pouching & Conversion

Pre-made pouch lines for pillow, standing, gusseted, quad-seal and spouted formats.

Warehousing & Dispatch

Climate-controlled storage, palletised stacking, container-loading bays and FOB coordination.

R&D & Repro Studio

In-house repro for artwork upgrade, dieline development and structure engineering.

QC Laboratory

Tensile, GSM, ink rub, adhesion, food contact, migration and microbial testing on-premise.

Printing Technology

Where print is treated as engineering.

Every cylinder is colour-profiled, every press operator is trained on registration tolerances, and every print run is matched against a press-proof before release. We don't compromise on colour fidelity — and our buyers know it.

Quality Standards

A 4-stage QC protocol on every order.

Quality is not the final check — it's the entire process. Here are the four stages every batch passes through.

Incoming Material

Raw material inspection — film GSM, micron, tensile, surface treatment, food-grade verification.

In-Process

Per-press-run checks — registration, ink density, lamination strength, dimensional accuracy.

Pre-Shipment

Random sampling per batch — drop test, stack test, seal integrity, print fidelity to press-proof.

04

Documentation

Batch-wise COA, lab reports, traceability log, photographic records — issued with every shipment.
